DEPOSIT POLICY AND CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
Bookings shall be considered confirmed only when the booking is accompanied by a deposit valued as below: [High and Peak-season bookings MUST be paid in full at the moment of confirmation.

INDIVIDUALS (FIT) - PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the contracted value tour price, due on the booking date of the tour. The balance of the contracted value, tour price shall be paid not less than forty-four(44) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon reservation if less than forty-four(44) days). Bookings made within forty four (44) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure must be accompanied by full payment.

GROUPS-PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the contracted value tour price, due on booking date of the tour or not less than ninety (90) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon placing the reservation if less than ninety (90) days). The balance of the contracted value, tour price shall be paid not less than sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure (or upon reservation if less than sixty (60) days). Bookings made within sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated date of tour departure must be accompanied by full payment. Payment shall be made directly to our bank account by transfer or Master Card or Visa.
Transfers should be made in USD to the SKYLANE SAFARIS LTD account: All payments are subjected to a 3.5% bank or credit card charges of the tour value. If payment by credit cards the following information shall be provided;
- Card holder’s name
- Billing address
- Card number
- Expiry date and card type

CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment by management. The following fees will be charged for cancellations:

INDIVIDUALS (FIT) - CANCELLATIONS:
120 - 90 days prior to the anticipated tour departure twenty-five(25)% of the contracted value, tour price.
89 - 60 days prior to the anticipated tour departure thirty(30)% of the contracted value, tour price.
59 - 45 days prior to the anticipated tour departure fifty (50)% of the contracted value, tour price.
44 or less days prior to the anticipated tour departure hundred (100)% of the contracted value, tour price.

GROUPS (GIT)- CANCELLATIONS:
120 - 90 days prior to the anticipated tour departure = thirty-five (35) % of the contracted value, tour price.
89 - 60 days prior to the anticipated tour departure = sixty (60) % of the contracted value, tour price.
59 days or less days prior to the anticipated tour departure = hundred (100) % of the contracted value, tour price.
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices. Should the client fail to join the tour or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
